So I went to the @railway200official train this week. No signage at @NetworkRailEUS so I had to ask ChatGPT where it was! The train is nicely done, if a little random in parts but I can’t also help feeling just four carriages doesn’t give 200 years full justice.

I've lost count of how many times the idea of driving public sector reform by treating government as a start-up has been tried. All of them have failed. This @ComputerWeekly article from 2017 explains some of the reasons why.

Big day today: We have finally gone live with our new record-keeping system, using AirTable. This should streamline our internal processes and provide us with better access to data about our requests and loans. It's been in preparation for many months so good to see it in action.
