Every multi-vehicle household should have at least one Tesla. EV daily driving and FSD is just that good.

🚨 COSTCO CEO JUST ATE HIS OWN PRODUCT ON CAMERA — THEN SAID SOMETHING NOBODY EXPECTED Costco’s CEO Ron Vachris just sat down and did the “CEO eats his own product” test… and went straight for the $1.50 hot dog combo. Then he says it: the price isn’t changing. No increase. No timeline. No “we’ll revisit.” In 2026… while food prices keep climbing… this one thing is locked in place. First the McDonald’s CEO goes viral eating his own $12 "product." Now the Costco CEO eats a $1.50 hot dog. Same move… completely different message. Which one actually feels more real to you?

When I went to a ufc event with 12-13 fights in the card, I was shocked how most of the fights were unattended. It doesn’t get crowded until the last five and the final two are a different story. I imagine the tv ratings are similar. Most of these fighters have no brand appeal and are unrefined fighters. UFC doesn’t have a farm system. Carrying a large roster with large prelim is the next best thing. And many of these fighters won’t pan out.

🚨 Michael Bisping comes to the defense of UFC fighter pay and uses Alex Pereira as an example: “I imagine he earned something around 3 million and 4 million dollars per fight. With this new contract, which will probably lock him up for the rest of his combat sports life. It’s probably gonna be around 5-6 million dollars, who knows.” “Alex Pereira is NOT complaining, he is happy. I know that many people are talking **** about the UFC recently, but the champions are not b*tching, they’re not complaining. And I wasn’t back in my day.” via @bisping

@OJoelsen It would be funny if the US strategy was to blow up the runways and make it prohibitively expensive for Denmark to retain a scarcely populated colony.

Denmark prepared for a possible U.S. attack: Flew blood supplies to Greenland and planned to blow up runways Key sources in Denmark and Europe are now revealing for the first time what happened during the most critical days, when Donald Trump threatened to take Greenland “the hard way.” When Danish soldiers were rapidly deployed to Greenland in January this year, they brought explosives with them. The plan was to destroy runways in Nuuk and Kangerlussuaq to prevent American military aircraft from landing troops on the island, should the U.S. president ultimately decide to seize Greenland by force. They also transported blood supplies from Danish blood banks so wounded personnel could be treated in case of combat. This is reported by DR, which over the past year has spoken with central sources in the Danish government, top military officers, and high-ranking officials and intelligence sources in Denmark, France, and Germany. All sources have played—and continue to play—key roles in the international crisis triggered by the United States’ demand for control over Greenland. Together, the sources describe an unprecedented year marked by sleepless nights. None of them had concrete intelligence of specific American attack plans against Greenland. Still, many feared in January that the historically important ally, the United States, could attack at any moment. At the same time, Denmark reached out to its European allies, leading to closer cooperation. “With the Greenland crisis, Europe realized once and for all that we must be able to handle our own security,” said a French senior official involved in the intense period. A rapid-response force consisting of Danish, French, German, Norwegian, and Swedish soldiers was first deployed to Nuuk and Kangerlussuaq. Shortly after, a main force followed, including: -Soldiers from the Danish Dragoon Regiment in Holstebro -Elite troops from the Jaeger Corps -French alpine troops trained for cold and mountainous warfare At the same time, Danish fighter jets and a French naval vessel were sent to the North Atlantic. According to several sources, the goal of having multinational troops on the ground was to ensure that any U.S. attempt to take Greenland would require a large-scale hostile action—thereby deterring such an attempt. “We have not been in such a situation since April 1940,” said a Danish defense source, referring to the days before Denmark’s occupation during World War II. Unlike in 1940, when Denmark chose not to resist militarily, the government and defense leadership this time decided—after extensive confidential discussions—to take the opposite approach: If the U.S. attempted an attack, Danish forces would be armed and ready to fight. Danish F-35 fighter jets deployed north were also fully armed. All this despite the understanding that Denmark could not realistically withstand a U.S. military attack. “The cost for the U.S. had to be raised. The U.S. would have to carry out a hostile act to take Greenland,” said a senior Danish defense source. Source: DR

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

I love all EVs and I’m not looking for fights. If you want to say the Rivian stadium lights are ugly, go ahead. If I want to say the Model Y looks like bloated egg, that’s okay. - 108.7kWh *usable* battery - could be updated to 112kWh for USA like iX3 - 400kW+ charging (200kW on 400V chargers) - 440mi of EPA range - 463hp / 476ft-lb - Sister car to iX3 w/ all same centralized compute / zonal electrical architecture - Point-to-point L2+ hardware capable - Lane centering as standard (cough, Tesla) - Educated guess - starting under $60,000 - Great route planning w/ preconditioning & plug and charge - UWB Digital Key (Apple wallet etc - can still unlock if your phone dies) - Built just north of Munich - production starting in August - No dog mode ☹️

@ChadMoran It’s a separate issue, but FSD drives on exit turnouts wicked fast. Granted, Teslas slow down very fast and FSD seems fine doing so. But if God forbid, the driver has to take over, the speed doesn’t leave the driver much time to react.

I normally don't bother armchair quarterbacking these situations. But watching the Tesla Stans come into the comments is funny. Elon said Autopilot (FSD?) was disengaged 4s before the impact which if you watch the video looks like it was going way too fast at that point. Am I missing something?

'TERRIFYING': Dashcam video shows the moment a Tesla Cybertruck, allegedly operating in self-driving mode, nearly sent a Houston mom and her infant off a bridge before violently crashing into an overpass barrier. The woman claims she suffered multiple injuries from the incident and is now suing the automaker for $1 million.

@Joscocok @georgianmi53309 @elonmusk @wholemars @WR4NYGov @Tesla I don’t like this aspect of FSD. Whether it actually disconnects, it seems to threaten to. It’s not just jarring but being asked to take over from a mental cold start is much. My car would get this often from sun glare after gas had knelt into the front camera assembly.

FSD never disconnects on its own? It does. It will ask you to take over and disconnect. What it does now which is an improvement is that it will ask you to take over, then disconnect, and turn on again if you don’t take over quick enough. Scenario often frequent with the red hands of death.

The media is running a story today about how a Cybertruck “allegedly” crashed on a Texas highway. Spoiler alert, the crash happened while the human driver was in control. The law firm, which is seeking $1 million, says that last summer Justine Saint Amour was driving her Cybertruck with Autopilot engaged. There’s just one problem — Autopilot is a legacy lane keeping system that never shipped on Cybertruck. The driver then admits that before the crash they disengaged the system and started driving manually. Indeed, the video shows the truck starting to turn before the driver disengaged and drove into the wall. Tesla hasn’t officially responded to the lawsuit yet, but available telemetry indicates the driver probably wasn’t paying attention, got startled, and crashed. There doesn’t seem to be any attempt to steer back towards the on-ramp in the video, rather you see the trajectory change from turning with the ramp to driving straight into it. When you crash your car, people tend to put blame on anyone but themselves. A high profile company like Tesla, with a CEO who is the wealthiest man on Earth? Yeah, they kinds of BS lawsuits happen often. Let’s wait for more data and discovery to take place, but based on the evidence i’m seeing so far that doesn’t look like something FSD — even an older V13 — would do.

What? 4 seconds before a crash? I mean is this a freaking joke? 4 seconds —- how in the world is a driver supposed to react in 4 seconds? HOW? This is an embarrassing tweet for @Tesla. That highway was either closed or under construction. The driver can easily win this lawsuit!!

My M3P is 80% FSD since v14.2 (2000mi/2500mi) with zero Supercharger / DCFC. I’m only going to DCFC if I go on a roadtrip outside my greater metro area. In those cases, I schedule restroom and meal breaks. Faster charging chemistry adds thousands to the consumer cost of the car more while decreasing range if I understand the Rivian CEO correctly.

She’s prettier than Alan Colmes, RIP, who was FNC’s OG foil. And she’s less sufferable than Juan Williams, Geraldo Rivera, and Bob Becker, RIP. Kirsten Powers played her role on the network more moderate rather than going full Leftist heel, but that’s maybe why she jumped networks. It’s an impossible job to defend these Left wing positions especially guest or rotating host. Somebody has to do it. And if she doesn’t stick to DNC talking points, she risks misrepresenting their position. Thankfully she’s not persuasive.
