@eatair Yep , the only issue is that most people with eating disorder don't have the motivation and the energy for the gym , i wish i was disciplined enough for it

literal proof right here that the gym will give you much better progress towards losing skinny fat than restricting 400 calories a day and doing 20k steps.

Getting rid of the skinny fat :) And yes the weight gain is scary. It feels like a loss of control. I’ve steadily gained 6kg by now. But for the first time EVER I didn’t binge myself back up after hitting a LW. Anyways flying home today. Can’t wait to get back to the gym!!

@miakller what did you do? you are fueling eating disorders by misusing the word "binging". this also validates competitive behavior that infuses panic by using the "i'm doing better than you" tactic. by using these "binge fears" that consist of normal meals you are actively harming ppl
