How to be a high agency man? It's all about your locus of control, have an internal locus of control, that's your pillar, that's your base. That's how you gather the courage to pursue your dreams and aspirations. To ascertain the differences between people with an external locus of control and internal locus of control, let me just give you two simple examples: Internal: "I choose healthy habits like eating nutritious foods and exercising to protect my well-being." I used to do this as a practice for a few days every few weeks and still do it at times. I looked back at the journal a while ago and it's a great time-capsule for me to measure my progress and growth as a human, not only that but writing forces you to deload your brain and catch a break, you are also constantly reminded of your goals and flaws when you write, which is very very very helpful
