A man in Seattle found a young man on the ground after an apparent fentanyl overdose. He administered 3 doses of Narcan and revived him. I have a lot of questions. The main one is how did the U.S. reach a point where random people carry Narcan just in case? FYI, China is the main source of fentanyl precursor chemicals, gets sent to the cartels then they synthesize the finished fentanyl and smuggle it across the US southern border.
