The time of Christ was during the transition period between old covenant type/shadow, and new covenant fulfillment/reality. Temporary earthly-physical ---> Eternal unseen spiritual. The fall of the temple in AD70, which was the earthly-physical symbol of the old covenant world, was the consummating event. The way back into the holy place fully realized. The completion of all redemptive prophecies.

Paul said it was being restored in his day. That is what Romans 9-11 is all about. The "Fullness of the Gentiles" is Ephraim (the Dry Bones) entering into Israel. Paul equates the Gentiles receiving the Spirit as the restoration of the Twelve Tribes. It was already happening and was almost complete when Paul wrote Romans in A.D. 58

@LonghausBurning @MountainPWNY Imminence is the language of prophecy, as seen in the OT. It’s less of a temporal statement and more about the CERTAINTY of it happening and the urgent call to repentance. The judgement of the Lord is always at the door- the consequence for one’s actions are already in motion.

Man, some accounts on here behave like they want the Jews to reject Jesus. If the Jews started coming to Christ en masse, their clicks and likes would dry up. The allure of a negative headline could no longer entice.

Those of us who believe in the Davidic King's literal millennial reign should unite. The only thing that truly separates us is rapture timing. Jesus didn't make it a concession. Should we? Should we...allow it to split our fellowship?
