Because of the state of the country. Nigerians are suffering immensely, from the bloodsheds to the lack of basic amenities, but instead of using the opportunity to send a strong msg, she's dining abroad with the govt that has brought upon this hardship. We see it time afer time how Nigerian public figures seems to care only about themselves and nothing more, they neither speak up nor show any empathy, and Nigerians enable this by choosing to forget. As long as there's no serious accountability, nothing changes.
