@PEMdocResists Reading every article, that I can find on baseball websites, both real journalists, and various blowhards, the consensus (I.e. most) is that there will be an impasse. As a hard core Yankee fan since 1955. I hope that is not the case.

Soooo, Republicans fold again. Not shocked, not surprised, just over it. Schumer is elated. Thune looks like someone stole his lollipop. We, conservatives, have no representation in Washington DC. I am so grateful to be a Floridian where the past 7.5 years we have lived under the leadership of an actual conservative. And against a legislature that tried to go behind his back time after time, he never wavered, he never put Floridians second to anyone. I am so grateful for @GovRonDeSantis
