GPS interference becoming visible in real time is a big deal. It also shows why PNT needs more independent layers. GNSS is critical, but it should not be the only source of trust. This is the problem space we’re building toward with SoOP positioning: using existing RF signals as an additional terrestrial layer when GPS gets degraded or unreliable. #DePIN

GPS jamming is now something you can watch happen, live. We turned Wingbits’ network of thousands of secure, locked and verified receivers, into a real-time GPS interference dashboard. Free, public, by region. If you want to keep track, set up an agentic routine directly from the dashboards and get notified if things change! Worst zone last month: a Middle East corridor at 98.7% of flights reporting degraded GPS. The Baltic: 31% around Riga. 👉 wingbits.ai/dashboard/gps-…

@wingbits This is exactly why we're building our Decentralized SoOP Positioning Network GPS jamming is on the rise, and SoOP positioning is jamming resistant and GPS agnostic. So even if a region is experiencing GPS jamming, our location services will still work

@DcentralizedRob @wingbits Not sure on Wingbits compatibility, but ADS-B + GPS is really valuable data. That’s one of the reasons we’re focused on SoOP positioning: receiver networks can use real RF observations from known aircraft and other signals to improve terrestrial positioning models over time.

The two jets that fly the U.S. President, 6 months of flights, from Wingbits data. ✈️ We mapped the 2026 flight history of both Air Force One aircraft (tails 28000 & 29000) using Wingbits’ ADS-B network. A few things the data reveals: 🟠 29000 did the heavy lifting: ~4× more flights than 28000. The winter Palm Beach rhythm is unmistakable, capped by a June Geneva → Paris → Washington run. 🔵 28000 barely flew, and its one standout was a local circuit out of San Antonio, home of VC-25 depot maintenance. The data basically shows you which jet was in the shop. Both are 35-year-old 747-200s (SAM 28000/29000), soon to be retired for the new VC-25B, so this is a snapshot of the current pair near the end of their run. The best part: you don’t need to pull data or build a map. Just ask WingbitsAI: “Give me the 2026 flight history for the two Air Force One aircraft, and the locations where they took off and landed.” wingbits.ai

This is the kind of DePIN loop that actually matters: real-world infrastructure → real customers → onchain value capture. Positioning networks are especially interesting here. Whether it’s GNSS corrections or SoOP-based terrestrial PNT, the strongest DePINs will be the ones tied to demand outside crypto.

$GEOD started trading on Coinbase this week. 22,000+ stations across 160 countries. $7.8M in annualized revenue from enterprise GPS subscriptions. 80% of that goes to token buybacks and burns. One of the cleaner tokenomics loops in DePIN — revenue directly tied to real demand.

@MastChain_DePIN @DePINConnection Exactly. Bear markets filter out the noise and leave the teams actually building useful infrastructure. AIS nodes for maritime awareness and SoOP positioning are both good examples of where DePIN gets real: receiver networks turning physical-world signals into useful data.

Everyone's giving up on DePIN right now. I think that's exactly backwards. A new wave of projects has learned from the last cycle's mistakes and has a real shot at doing this right. 🧵

Agreed. DePIN isn’t dead, it’s maturing. The real test is whether projects can produce infrastructure people actually use. That’s the lane we’re focused on with SoOP positioning: using existing RF signals to build resilient terrestrial PNT coverage for real-world location, timing, and autonomy

5km data links are huge for IoT, now imagine that same DePIN footprint also becoming positioning infrastructure. SoOP positioning can turn existing RF into timing/location references without adding GPS-like transmitters, and this is where we come in ;) Connectivity + PNT is where this gets interesting.

Did we just push a Wi-Fi HaLow connection to 5 KILOMETERS? Yes, we did! 🤯📡 We tested the @HaLoWaveNetwork in the field today. The HaLoWave Wi-Fi Router successfully connected to a Miner 5KM away using the small LoRa antenna, pulling ~1 Mbps while fully respecting EU Duty Cycle regulations! In countries like the US without these limits, you get even faster speeds 🔥 Massive coverage. Decentralized infrastructure. The IoT 2.0 revolution is happening right now on @solana. Full detailed video with massive speed upgrades dropping soon. Stay tuned! 🌊 Delve more on: halowave.io Join the HaLoWave Discord: discord.gg/gNn3tShRsA #DePIN #WiFiHaLow #IoT #Solana #HaLoWave
