Using US Census frequencies and estimating ~10,000 CT lottery winners (>$599) in 2012-14, the prob of at least one match per name ranges from ~100% for common ones like Wright to <1% for rare ones like Plourd. Overall coincidence prob for 8 matches is very low (~10^-10), but could be chance or data mining.
