VEGF triggers angiogenesis; new blood vessel formation in tissue. penile tissue is among the most vascular in the body. better vascular infrastructure means fuller, more blood-filled tissue at maximum capacity. it also upregulates nitric oxide and promotes collagen remodeling in the structural architecture that determines erectile capacity. is this "making it bigger"?
