@AmazonHelp Yes. And your customer service team have told me it wasn’t even attempted to be delivered and was returned to the centre to go back out for delivery tomorrow. Their solution for me? To offer me £5 compensation

@AmazonHelp if you can’t deliver something on the day don’t keep emailing to tell the person that they are still getting the package on that day.

Spent all day waiting for an @AmazonUK package - delivered up to 9pm. That came and went and at 9.37pm I get through to customer service to be told they had run out of time and it will be delivered tomorrow. Offered me £5 compensation for two days off work. Absolute joke.
