@comicmatters I remember when I was addicted to Diet Coke. That was a tough one to quit.

@KevBounce My diet is pretty locked down, so the weight was bound to drop. -Ultra low sugar, -moderate protein and fat from whole foods, -very low on processed foods, -lots of water. The hardest thing to kick wasn't sugar, it was aspartame for me (diet soda.)

I think geneticists still haven't gotten to the actual cause why some ppl- like my father, by age 44- drink themselves to death. You think he wanted to die? That was his goal?🤦
