MagicPath 2.0 is out! Our biggest product launch yet. The shared multiplayer canvas for humans and agents to design and build fully functional apps is finally here.
Pietro Schirano@skirano

Introducing MagicPath 2.0. MagicPath is now a multiplayer canvas for humans and agents like Codex or Claude Code to design and build with AI. Use your codebase, grab data from anywhere, and see the agents work in real time as a team while building fully functional prototypes.

Design handoff still breaking your flow? MagicPath lets devs and AI agents co-design on a live canvas, then export production-ready React code directly. No redlines, no translation layer. @MagicPathAI details in the next post. #DevTools

Most AI design tools disconnect you from your actual codebase. Here's a workflow that doesn't: 1️⃣ Import your existing Cursor/Claude Code project into @MagicPathAI 2️⃣ Redesign it visually — typography, colors, layouts, animations — like Figma, but AI-native 3️⃣ Select the frame → sync it back into Cursor as a new branch 4️⃣ Review the diff, merge to main 5️⃣ Auto-deploys live (Vercel) Why this matters: → No manual re-implementation of designs into code → MagicPath uses your Cursor/Claude tokens, so you're not burning separate credits → Multi-agent canvas means Claude, Cursor, Codex (+ your team) can work in the same space → Full git workflow preserved — branches, diffs, GitHub, nothing gets skipped This closes the loop between "vibe designing" and "vibe coding" — the missing piece for a lot of AI-assisted builders.

I’m in a personal quest to try new tools everyday, for this project I used @MagicPathAI to explora a lot of layouts and different directions. Also @floraai was super fun to explore concepts and refine images and video. Knowledge is portable, I believe we need to get used to the idea of being agile with our workflows, then landscape is changing so fast with AI these days.

Why should your credit card app feel as heavy as your bank? Thats the simple idea that guided our last project. AORA is a financial startup offering easy credit card access, without hidden fees or lengthy onboarding. The brand already had a strong concept. Our challenge was creating a visual system that could scale across the website, apps, decks, and social content while reinforcing the core positioning: trusted simplicity.

Your coding agent can design UI now. MagicPath gives Claude Code a shared design canvas right inside your codebase, running on XO. No Figma round-trips, no screenshot ping-pong. Full walkthrough 👇 Check out XO at xo.builders MagicPath at magicpath.ai @xo_builders @MagicPathAI

Redesign any product's design straight from its GitHub repository and nothing breaks. I took @middayai off GitHub, pulled its landing page onto the MagicPath canvas, redesigned the hero + footer, and pushed it back into the code. every button, every link still works. stack: @MagicPathAI + @cursor_ai

I moved my design from Figma into @MagicPathAI, and it instantly made the radio group on the left interactive exactly how I needed, before I even started prompting. It also somehow animated the icon rotation on hover, even though I didn’t plan that lol, but it actually feels fitting. Insanely good tool for prototyping work.

Anthropic's Sonnet 5 is now available in MagicPath to choose from in our model selection. We found this model has a very similar taste to the bigger Opus, but faster and cheaper, meaning more generations for you.

In my 4th year volunteering with @bridgegood pro-bono UX Apprenticeship Program, I'm now serving as the AI Program Advisor. I'm spending an hour with them each Friday across 12 weeks, illustrating how AI factors in to each the phases of the typical design process they're learning the rest of that particular week. The org is running entirely off of donations this year, and I'd love to see if anyone in my extended network might be able to hook up the youths with some credits to be able to leverage AI for their upcoming capstone projects! Some great options could be: @OpenAI @AnthropicAI @GeminiApp @v0 @Lovable @MagicPathAI The volunteers, staff, and 2026 Cohort appreicate your time & attention🙏

Playing around with @emilkowalski's skill in @MagicPathAI. Decided to breathe life into an old design (RIP Fable 5), check out the before and after! It's insane how much millisecond changes improve the experience (I highly recommend opening up the .md file itself and reading - a lot to learn!)

friends, what do you recommend for going from claude to a pixel-perfect canvas design? i've tried @paper and @figma, but i always end up spending time cleaning up the design before i can continue designing and implementing

The best part of using AI as a collaborator while building a product is the quick way in which you can explore different ideas. You can go broad and then more fine-tuning as you get closer to your vision. Sabina perfectly shows these capabilities here!
Sabina@theesabina

Using my actual live website to show you all the cool remixing capabilities in MagicPath!!! Use our internal agent or BYOA (I'm using Codex here) to experiment with your existing designs. As always, feedback welcomed. If you wanna follow along, I'm creating layout variants of sabinacabrera.com =)

used codex to make slides for this talk and it was extremely painful what has actually worked for people in using llms to make good slides? - i think it took 4/5 hours of back and forth between other work and they still did not feel very good - text literally writing over lines, doesn’t intuitively check for spacing - I gave codex exa brand guidelines and it returned slides with obvious AI tells, lines below titles that look the same on each page, using colors for each number etc
Nitya@nityasnotes

why has no one told me how much I move my hands when I talk lmao

It’s incredibly easy to import your GitHub repository into MagicPath and see your components running live, with their interactions and animations faithfully preserved. Import them through Cursor, then edit them or explore entirely different approaches.
Pietro Schirano@skirano

The best way to design and build with your repository is Cursor/Codex + MagicPath. Watch me import components from my repo into the MagicPath canvas inside Cursor, then explore completely different variations. All while they stay interactive and faithful to the source code 👇

@PhilHedayatnia I love cursor, but I don't care about interacting directly with the code at all. I just want to be able to prompt it, and having a design tool sidebar like Figma alongside so I don't have to say "move this 1px" would be the ideal thing.

Really compelling #Config keynote. IMO, Figma is building an “OS” for creative work. Weave is super well integrated so you can generate imagery or video with precision, and you can finally generate your own plugins on the fly. Cursor is making the bet that designers will want to interact directly with code. Figma’s bet is they can abstract away code successfully, using specialized agents. These are both now really compelling visions of what design will look like. It’s going to be interesting to dive in over the next few days and see how both approaches feel.
