For the record Netanyahu has already said that no Israeli troops will go in to Iran. He is saying the was isn’t over and won’t be until OUR men and women go in instead of his. Get it?

Update: after a conversation with Davidson County Sheriff’s office, Dalton Eatherly aka ChudTheBuilder did have his bond paid by someone. It was unclear if he was released yet.
With that said, I was informed that if the Bonding company that I mentioned below in Montgomery County does revoke his bond due to him violating bond agreement guidelines, then they can issue a warrant for his arrest in that county for violating those terms.
I was also encouraged to contact the DA in Davidson county and inform them of everything that he’s done and that has been publicly posted via livestream, including acts of harrassment, intimidation while being armed, etc.
If you are one of the individuals in the videos that he has posted online, I encourage you to reach out to the proper authorities in Nashville/Davidson County/Clarksville/Montgomery County and let them know what you’ve experienced.
There is a legal way to handle individuals like Dalton, and for everyone’s safety, this is the safest route.

Breaking: I just confirmed through a Bonding company used for his past arrest that Dalton, aka ChudtheBuilder, violated the terms of their bond agreement with his arrest in downtown Nashville Saturday night. He has an active court case in Montgomery County that was recently “bound over” from General Sessions court to Circuit Court as he has been harassing people in downtown Nashville while live-streaming. This violation could void the bail that Metro-Nashville/Davidson County issued and keep him incarcerated until there is a resolution in his current case. A violation usually carries a bond revocation, forfeiture of money, and pretrial detention which can lead to stiffer sentencing, difficulty securing a release from incarceration, and potentially new charges. Why does this matter to me? See the video quoted in the post below. That’s me. Jail won’t be easy for someone like him. Let’s hope a critical lesson is learned in jail. But Karma always comes for you when you’re a terrible person…and it found its latest target. *Disclaimer: this is not the mugshot from last night’s arrest*

The money he keeps ranting about was Iran’s money that we owed for military equipment the Shah bought but we never delivered (plus interest). We repaid it to settle a dispute before the Iran-US Claims Tribunal because we would’ve had to pay far more if the tribunal had ruled in that case. The cash he’s talking about was delivered in Swiss Francs and Euros because we could not actually transfer dollars to Iran.

Update: Dalton Eatherly, aka @ChudTheBuilder, was arrested last night. Here are the charges currently with Metro Nashville-Davidson County sheriff’s office.
What’s interesting about this is since he was already out on another bond from a previous incident, which is still on going in court, this arrest will most likely lead to a revocation of his previous bond, which would keep him in jail until his previous case concludes.
Karma is real. I tried to tell him. Let’s hope inmates in Davidson County don’t know who he is…but at this point, I highly doubt it. Might be some rough times in the jail cell.
