@AXS_UK I’m deaf and purchased the seats AXS advised for @MattRife, but they’re wheelchair seats, not hearing-impaired seats. @AOArena told me the correct block/row for deaf access, but your Q&A says I can’t swap. You’ve left me in unsuitable seats – please help me sort this!!

@Morrisons I placed a Now order at 4:49pm — advertised as delivery within 60 mins. Over an hour later I rang: one advisor said cancelled, another said on the way. App still says “Preparing.” No texts, no updates, money on hold. So confusing and really poor service. Sort this out!
