I rarely comment on DSA internal politics but: I think it's a great mistake for the L.A. chapter to have made a recommendation as pivotal as it did in this mayoral primary and we should have waited until the general to intervene, especially given how decidedly close the vote was.

Last week I randomly got a $9,000 bill for a hospital visit from last year. I called them up and they said my insurance decided not to cover it. Why? Because.

The Iron Dom is important & saves lives. Israel should be able to buy it on their own with a $45 defense billion budget. Israel is a first world country, and it can pay for the defensive systems it needs. We should not be subsidizing them, especially given their egregious violations of human rights law.
