@thameswater have been trying to contact anyone to report my FLIP device going off. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes to be cut off. Chat page doesn't work. Direct messaging is a bot which doesn't understand my request. Useless.

@Ocado Ocado makes a huge profit. Why do they not have enough drivers to deal with issues such as this? When shopping is delivered to the wrong address they would rather leave it on the street for the foxes and rats than get it picked up and redelivered. What a waste!

My @ocado delivery has been delivered to an office building down the road from me. The bags are currently sitting outside for the foxes and rats to enjoy. I am being told they do not have a driver to collect it. Nor a driver available to re-deliver my order until Thursday.

@Ocado Isn't it more in the public interest to hear why Ocado think its OK to leave bags of food outside and not make an attempt to simply go back and re-deliver. In this climate, what a waste!

@AddisonLeeCabs @AddisonLeeHelp What absolute twaddle. Addison Lee have done nothing to honour 6 cabs booked a week ago. Currently 3 women are stranded in Soho being told the estimated delay to their pre-booked cabs is 2 hours. Thats 2.30am pick up which was due at 12. The reason? Train strike.

@BAFTA I do not accept this as a response to not including one - NOT ONE - Post Production role. Your video gives the impression that films are made on set. They are mostly made, and fixed, in Post. Your video is skewed and inaccurate.
