@Vodacom111 please help. On 22April this year I bought a voucher for Spur. I never received it. I have emailed & I have phoned and been made promises to sort it out. I still have received nothing: voucher; refund; resolution. Are you guys running a legit shop or a scam?

@KFCSA it took 25 mins to try place order on the app …eventually found a hidden personal info field that wasn’t filled in which stopped payment info from working. Then I wait half an hour for my order…only to be told they don’t have a driver and it’s cancelled 😡

I am so thankful for “X”…remembering that there is at least a way to get thru to @UberEats. ordered food on Tues on the app, paid for it…only for it not to be delivered…& all traces of it on the app vanished. All I have is a hit on my credit card 😡#TheLastTime

The EFF proudly showed you pictures of pools they got painted in Durban. They did not show the disastrous surroundings of the pool. They also did not tell you that in order for the contractor to start painting and fixing the pool, the contractor had to pay thousands to the construction mafia who call themselves “business forums” The construction mafia even called the contractor before the contractor knew he was getting the job. Is The EFF the construction mafia in Durban?? The EFF together with Mxolisi Kaunda promised that the pool will open this Friday, according to contractors on site, this is impossible. The two ramps leading to the pool will guaranteed not open until next year, people will have to go on a roundabout route if and when the pool opens. @sarstax after spending hours filling in my clients tax return, dutifully saving it, I went back after authorisation to file it…and guess what: every single thing I filled and saved is GONE!! SARS this level of broken service is unacceptable.

@CapeTown yesterday was a stunning summers day and Milnerton beach was packed with swimmers but the beach smelled like poop. When I left at 17:00 I saw that the bathrooms were locked…no wonder!! Please @CityofCT can’t you improve service offering on our prime asset in summer?
