There’s no reason to have the 65 game rule implemented past this season. Jokić, Wemby, Luka, & SGA are all within 5 games of losing All-NBA eligibility, while Steph/Giannis are already ineligible. This isn’t a “load managing issue”. Stars are legitimately getting hurt.

For sure. KD single handedly brought a level of negativity so toxic it makes you actually miss the vibes from last season. Nobody in that locker room is happy right now. Not a single person is smiling. This entire season went off a cliff the moment the bullying and scapegoating of Sengun started.

How many transition points did Rockets allow so far when Sengun isn't on the court too? Can't blame Sengun.

Just asked Ime Udoka about Kevin Durant’s preference to NOT be the lead ball-handler (and “get out of the way”) when opponents go to KD trap. Does Udoka agree with that? Not quite. “A lot of times he's gonna be initiating. … The double teams outside of turning it over have been very good for us this year. It bit us in the behind a few times, but overall the numbers show it [goes] really well when we don't turn it over and get it to scorers in the pocket and make the right play. But, obviously, the turnovers, way too high.” Adds: “We do want some other actions when [Durant] is being denied the way he is and trapped at the half court.”
