These are the types of things that AI was built for. I run a construction business. Every year we spend about 100k on marketing. The leads suck but we do it to stay relevant on google. I had chat gpt audit everything. It came back with multiple issues instantly. I’ll never hire another marketing agency again. Before you say “you didn’t have the right one” We have been through 5 of them. All the same. And 0 of them take accountability.

🚨 Do you understand what just happened? A guy in Florida asked ChatGPT to sell his house. Not help him sell it. SELL IT. Pricing, Marketing, Showings, Contract.. Everything. Sold in 5 days.
