So once again @Xfinity has failed to resolve my problem. Multiple agents telling me different information, technicians not showing up when they're supposed to, causing even further delays, and all they can say is sorry without anyone actually fixing the issue. I truly hate it

I just spent 3 HOURS chatting with Xfinity to get my disabled brother internet at his new place and there’s an issue (it’s in a trust) so they want me to come to a store after all that. I work 14 hours days so that’s not happening. Time to find a new service that values my time

@comcast / @Xfinity charged me almost $200 a month for years in Rachel Martin's name, 2024, shit hits the fan, I go to jail in 2025, my bank accounts are drained, account shut off, Harley Martin gets service for $55. Proof below.

AT&T ran fiber through my neighborhood and gave us huge discounts to switch from XFinity. No amount of discounts was worth the pain and suffering we are experiencing. Even worse, cell service is considerably worse.

@Xfinity This is unacceptable. Your internet service keeps dropping whenever you want and for as long as you want, with no accountability.
