Amazon delivery team is not delivering my order (refrigerator) at home. They are saying they will deliver only till 2nd floor and asking me to collect from there. I told them to wait till I call support team, but they cancelled it from their side and left.(1/3) @amazonIN @amazon

- What time I will receive, etc. I want to escalate this so that no other person has to face such issues. I am certain that delivery guys are trying their gimmicks to get some extra cash and it looks like Amazon customer care guys are supporting it.

I tried calling the support team. 1st Call- they were too casual about it & said nothing can be done & I'll get refund. 2nd call- they said the executive will call in 30 mins. But no call received 3rd call- they said they will try to reattempt a delivery. Nothing confirmed (2/3)
