Miami (and other Sun Belt boom towns) will struggle to attract high income talent going forward due to 2 things:
1. Dearth of top notch private schools
2.Dearth of top notch country clubs
No one wants to give up a cushy lifestyle so they can spend 15 years on a club waitlist

The Iranians have provided us with a lot of information to learn from over the past 24 hours if we choose. What have I learned? About 24 hours ago, the foreign minister, the guy in the suit, declared the straits open with full passage. Last night, the IRGC, the guys with the guns, attacked a container ship and said the straits were closed. Here’s what I’ve learned: the guy in the suit is not in charge. It’s the guys with the guns who are in charge. They are the IRGC, who are the Iranian equivalent of the SS/gestapo – an important distinction. We miss this distinction at our own peril. I have all the confidence in the world that President Trump will not let this provocation go unchallenged and will continue to push for a quick resolution through diplomacy or otherwise ensuring that: -The United States and the world will control the Strait of Hormuz, not Iran -The over 900 pounds of highly enriched uranium that could be used to make a dirty bomb or quickly enriched to become weapons grade material is completely removed from Iran -The Iranian missile and drone program will be limited, their support for terrorist organizations will come to an end, and there will never ever be a path in the future for Iran to develop a nuclear weapon by being allowed to enrich uranium. Like many other countries, Iran can have peaceful nuclear power but no enrichment. How this conflict ends will determine the stability of the region and the world for decades to come. Just on a quick note, main audience is not young Americans, but Latinos, South and Southeast asians, and Arabs.
They look at Sneako and see themselves in him; a haitian filipino dude who identify himself as muslim, speaking perfect internet native american english + having "professors" with him. That grants him the status of someone that deserves the attention.
It's a well designed "authoritative" supranational product that makes them watch and think: "Wow, this is real. This is really happening. America is falling, and we are winning, even this American dude, backed by "specialists" on the matter (who btw just regurgitate critical theory and keep pushing a rethoric that was shoved into them in marxist universities and secular catholic schooling), are saying it"
Very obvious to anyone with experience in those intra-regional dynamics.
