Turns out, they don't need to fix the hardware, as it's apparently an issue with the NIC drivers. Told me I had to disable some feature and even went out of their way to provide me with info on how to do it on Proxmox. Very pleasantly surprised!

Contacted Hetzner support last night at 04:25 AM and got a response at 04:28 AM. Wow. Now let's hope they can solve the hardware issue and everything will work fine afterwards!

@slicedlime @lumaa_uwu There's still no way to deny that Shaders are an extremely important feature for so many people who build things using Minecraft. So some more transparent communication from Mojang regarding the impacts on these people would still be great.

We've reached an all-time high of 87.6% autonomous resolution rate on @vercel support cases. Best part: people truly love it. Even when the AI can't help, the overall UX is better (we auto-fill the ticket form). Last week I had my "CEO supports day". It's now clear to me that: 1️⃣ Every single legitimate support case will be automated by AI. As in: the customer needs guidance. 2️⃣ The remainder of tickets will be triaged and prioritized by our AI PM for coding agents to work on As far as 1️⃣ goes, as we continue to fine tune our agent, evals, models, and data sources, we are confident we can achieve near 100% resolution. Because we built and deployed our support agent on @vercel, we have full control over its destiny (screenshot below). The issue is that customers sometimes reach out to report complex product issues or even defects. As in: the product itself needs improvement! The only way to help that customer is to fix our stuff 😄 This is how the era of autonomous software improvement begins. A customer reporting a problem needs to ultimately result in code changes. For most companies, this flywheel doesn't exist. Support teams get overwhelmed, root causes don't get identified, documentation doesn't improve, incidents don't get filed. In this future, every single time you reach out to us, you'll be very directly contributing to our platform getting better.

i beg @CurseForge to implement rules against AI being used. sooo many hytale mods use AI photos and it's really annoying. make publishers check a box saying they didnt use ai, and if they do remove the post until its fixed. I think most of the community would support that lol

@gyptazy I honestly have no clue what you mean... In my case, the "REJECT" responses simply used a random MAC address which was not part of the ones assigned to the server by Hetzner.

@Hetzner_Online are you aware of any issues/downtime regarding the "Retry" feature on abuse tickets? I hopefully resolved the issue but can't know for sure since my Retry has been pending for 12+ hours... Normally it takes like 10 minutes or so...

@raycast, absolutely love Raycast on Windows! But is there anything that needs to be done for snippet expansion to work? I set up a keyword, but whenever I type it, nothing happens. Already tried restarting Raycast, different keyword, etc. etc.
