@JamesWorden85 @acrpne Ridsdale has been in post 15 years. If the owners weren’t happy with how he is carrying out their instructions he’d be gone. I don’t disagree that we aren’t moving forward, but it’s the owners that ultimately are happy to coast, hence Ridsdale being in day to day control.

@doremro_john @acrpne If you're throwing money into a club year on year then you look to reduce that. You can cut costs and slash budgets but they'll never be nil. The only way to reduce the money is to grow the revenue. It feels like Ridsdale is happy to coast and can't move us forward.

@acrpne As long as the players are signed within budget, we maintain our championship place, a buy a sheet for the pitch rather than spending a million quid on it, don’t think the Trust is unhappy with him (I’m not claiming he’s doing a good job; I’m saying it’s needs directing elsewhere

@doremro_john Signing players that don’t play, extending contracts of players that don’t play, buying a frost tent for spring and picking up nearly 8k a week . . . Not sure who’s doing his appraisal

@pete_eccles Just based on the games he played in. Not denying we’d obviously be better with him than without. Felt Whiteman suffered through lack of movement in front/quickness of ball into him last night. Made himself available, but got frustrated a few times with others not being available

@doremro_john He was injured for a spell before he went back though. He was different class in midfield - always looking forward. McCann is brilliant at what he does but when we have both him and Whiteman playing together there is no creativity.

@Crazy_DavidP @GHodgsonSport We’ve sufficient numbers of seniors players to put on the pitch before the kids. There’s a reason lads from our youth team end up on loan at places like Altrincham, or Warrington, or some random Irish club - they’re miles away from championship level.

@doremro_john @GHodgsonSport So when we have a serious lack of Players we put them in instead. That will work. They need to get onto the Pitch not just warm the bench.
