Attempted to order via @dominos_india today. charged me twice, &its been 45mins. No updates on the order. App is stuck on 17mins. ZERO human help available because “chatbots”. 1800 number’s human option disconnects the call. The store number is switched off. Backwards in 2025

At arrival on T2 Mumbai airport @CSMIA_Official has misplaced a container of bags on mumbai airport of priority fliers, so we have been waiting for past 2 hours for our bags. Now they have found the bags but they aren’t able to find any customs staff to clear the bags

Ordered food from @mcdonaldsindia official app! They delivered only half the order. The phone # on the receipt is out of service so there is no way to reach the store. And only email help available on the phone. In this day and age, it’s sad how tech challenged McD is!

Another app useful for researchers is going to disappear soon. Felt sad to see @ResearcherApp announcing its closure by the end of November. Philanthropists with deep pockets need to buy the app and the database to keep it open to help science flourish.

Stopped using @zomato couple years ago& switched to @Swiggy primarily due to high costs.. got Zomato gold & tried again, Zomato is 11-15% more expensive than Swiggy. Zomato is 11% and 15% expensive without and with discount codes respectively. Plus swiggy gives free dessert!
