Skirt steak has gotten way more popular in recent years, but still underrated imo. Marinated this in gochujang, soy, lime, honey, garlic, ginger. Couple minutes on high heat each side, good to go. Made some black bean broccoli with it.

It’s wild how like mistakes were potentially made, but nobody cared previously when it was ugly and unkept and none of you cared about when another admin spent 3-5x the cost and it was all messed up

I am not necessarily a believer in demonic possession.
I tend to think people are either mentally ill or just bad people, not necessarily demon-possessed.

One of my favorite divorce court judges told me he’s never getting divorced
Told his wife years ago, if it falls apart, he will move out, they can live separate lives. He’ll help her out financially , but he’s never getting divorced
A divorce court judge said this to me with a straight face. I laughed. He smiled, said “I’m being serious”

Many of my divorce clients think divorce court is like a movie Once I explain how it works, the ones “ready to stick it to them” look deflated “I just sit there and say nothing?” “Yes. If done right all the work is between court dates, like you putting together two years of all your financials” I’ve had a few people get back together once the process got going, and I don’t blame them

This is what happens when we build a stadium district around parking lots instead of building a destination. If only there were bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, or just a meaningful public space around NRG where people could spend an hour or two after a match/games/concert/the Rodeo instead of standing in crowd for one or two trains.
