Firstly, getting into $50k student debt is a choice. My son worked all summer to pay for his first year in college and has been an RA in his sophomore year so he has no debt. Secondly, Gen Z overwhelmingly voted for this by focusing on stupid issues like transgenderism and even now argue for unfettered immigration into the country. If they wanted to change things they would have more personal responsibility, be protesting in the streets about illegal immigration and back DOGE going after waste fraud and abuse. Instead they want to virtue signal and complain that orange man bad.
