You’re probably turning off profitable ads too early. Most buyers see low Day-2 ROAS, panic, and kill the ad. That’s not optimizing. That’s killing momentum. ROAS lags. Intent shows up first. When scaling, what do you trust more? ROAS or ATC

When ads crash, I don’t hunt for new winners. I go Broad + Highest Volume but guide it with existing customers as suggestions and relaunch proven creatives. It’s not a fix. It’s a tourniquet. Be honest: where is your account right now? Stable Scaling or In the Trenches

Stop trying to test your way out of a crashing ad account. When performance free-falls, you don’t need innovation. You need stabilization. The fastest way to burn cash is “testing” during chaos. When things break, what’s your instinct? Test harder or Stabilize first

If ROAS looks bad but Add-to-Cart rate is strong, don’t touch the ad. The ad did its job. The funnel or pixel hasn’t caught up yet. Kill ads with no intent. Protect ads with high intent. Be honest: what’s your north star when scaling? ROAS or ATC
