Well @LucidMotors Gravity is champ in this road trip overall, but still some bugs popping up. Nowhere near what they were in beginning, but Houston we still have problems. Mostly annoyances, but at same time irritating. Shame as the damn car is so freaking good overall with just a couple of glitches: cameras went away till reboot, had on screen freeze for a minute & oddball warnings that aren’t real once or twice. I will say the navigation & route planning is acceptable, but not great. Whoever they are using for maps & navigation is weak sauce. The logic needs some work too & the multiple route options suggesting out of your way longer route arriving with less range is totally unnecessary. It’s confusing more than helpful.

@wholemars Tesla made the 3 and Y excellent cars at a reasonable price, autonomy was the bonus. Rivian says let’s make an e-bike. It will drive people to our cars.

Rivian posted a gross loss of $10,216 per vehicle delivered in 2025, and a net loss of $85,753 per vehicle.
Can they cut $30,000 of cost out with the R2 platform? If they work hard they might have a shot at pulling it off but they will need to show a lot more discipline in their fixed costs as well.
So far I'm not seeing any signs of discipline. Instead, they're investing like crazy. That works as long as they're able to raise more capital. RJ is going to need to be sleeping at the factory in Illinois and telling employees across the company to tighten their belts if they want to get through this without becoming a subsidiary of Volkswagen.

War is not a sport, & it’s certainly not a comedy. I’ve been asked how I felt about being included in a post from the White House using NFL hits as some sort of war highlight film. Truthfully, I don’t feel rage, but embarrassment. I’m also saddened for the families whose loved ones are serving this country.
We have lost all integrity, decorum, & character. We aren’t led by a public servant, but a reality star. This is just the latest example of who our leadership is.

@thecybersurg You can get a track done by professionals. It’s not cheap but far more reasonable than you’d expect. Not sure how much land you have on the ranch but I’ve been looking for an excuse to get a dozer. There are some used machines out there that are pipe be great at home.

doesn't mean it's right, but that's what they attributed it to. she was seemingly recovered fine, she was conscious and lucid, they gave her Dilaudid, she stopped responding and was without oxygen for 6 minutes. Tried narcan, no luck. damn it I can't think of more characters to delete to get it under 280.
