Equality means that a newcomer can force a native to have to justify his traditions from first principles. And virtually nothing can withstand that. @AliceTeller Your are confusing "non-profit" with charity. USAID was the soft power arm of the US State Department. They were given millions to do things the US State Department couldn't do without strict oversight.

No charity on earth should be paying people $272,000.
