Pro tip for smoother peptide injections 💉 Loading up the insulin pen → letting them hit room temp under a dark cover → zero sting on the push. Cold peptides = unnecessary burn. Save yourself the wince! Who's tried this hack? Drop a 🔥 if it works for you. #Peptides #Biohacking #InjectionTips #NoPainNoGain #TRT PeptideTherapy

@DrJesseMorse I expect all the side effects even out after titrating to a therapeutic dose. People around here really like to push any change in metrics as a bad thing. For the obese person having a 7 beat elevated RHR for a year and losing 100 lbs is a fair trade. Everything is relative.

@HormoneForge The data shows that the RHR spike normalizes around 24 weeks. Looks like you got there much sooner

Started Reta in April at 2mg. Added 2mg every four weeks. Have been at 6mg for a while. I think it's all about the body getting used to things. RHR went up 5-7 BPM for two months. Now back down below 60 BPM. Oh yeah and I dropped 25 lbs along the way. Very happy with Reta.

Bros on X shilling peptides like they’re the cheat code to the matrix. “Bro just pin Reta, you’ll be shredded, vascular and fucking immortal” Me after 3 months on Reta: resting heart rate went from a chill 58 to hitting 90+ on 8mg. Thanks for the optimized heart kings. Next you’ll tell me the tachycardia is just fat burning mode because my glucagon receptors are activated.

@cknotty91 Don't put it off too long. Mine showed noticable bone loss in my lumbar spine. Going to be doing some bone growth therapy through my PCP.

@HormoneForge I think I'm going to give myself a couple more months before getting one. Gone from 30% fat to 21% fat in 6 months as per information from gym scan. Been totally niave on nutrition for years until following fitness and like minded people on here

The bros know just what to say to make you feel good about yourself. Visiting a new church today and met one of their members. He walks up, shakes my hand and says "Dude, you are an absolute unit!" My wife has not stopped talking about it 🤣😂 The funny thing is, I have a long way to go before I would define myself that way.

@cknotty91 Yeah I found it by pure luck. Was about to book 2 scans for $350 at a clinic then I asked Grok to find me the cheapest option, it came up with the local university.

@HormoneForge Thats good, the UK 🇬🇧 has nothing like that just private clinics, which costs a absolute fortune.

Bros, if you're not on low-dose Tadalafil (Cialis), you're sleeping on one of the biggest men's health upgrades available. This isn't just an ED pill - it's a full-system vascular optimizer. Here's why it's a game-changer: 1. Bedroom God Mode Rock-hard, reliable erections on demand. Daily low-dose means total spontaneity with no timing stress. Lasts up to 36 hours so one pill keeps you ready all weekend. Confidence through the roof - your partner will notice. 2. Gym and Muscle Gains on Steroids (Without the Sides) Insane muscle pumps from better nitric oxide and blood flow. Veins popping, muscles looking fuller mid-workout. Enhanced endurance and oxygen delivery helps you push harder with longer sets and faster recovery. Daily low-dose supports better lean mass gains through improved endothelial function and insulin sensitivity. It's a secret pre-workout weapon. 3. Heart, Prostate and Longevity Stack Improves blood flow everywhere with potential lower cardiovascular risk. Relaxes prostate muscles for easier flows and less BPH issues. Taking 2.5-5mg daily keeps levels steady for ongoing vascular health benefits. Pro tip: Most guys crush it on 5mg daily. Feels natural with minimal sides for most (a headache or back pump at first is common but fades). This is a prescription medication. Talk to a doctor, get bloodwork, and rule out contraindications (especially nitrates or serious heart issues). Don't buy sketchy online stuff. Level up your circulation, performance, and life. Tadalafil isn't cheating - it's smart optimization. Stay hard.

@LordHbo @vmaughan3 @J_Schwanee The first reading was at least 4% off and the second reading was 8% off. I'm not jumping to anything. I've seen enough to show me it's not worth tracking, even for free. I doubt it will suddenly be 1% off my third try.

@vmaughan3 @HormoneForge @J_Schwanee Same experience Vince. He’s literally only done it twice and jumping to conclusions it doesn’t work when a number of factors could cause a one time misread. I wouldn’t be surprised if the goofball was wearing socks

@vmaughan3 @J_Schwanee If you know the InBody is off by a consistent amount it would be a great tool. I'm hoping to find some correlation between them myself. Right now InBody just seems random. lol

@HormoneForge @J_Schwanee I use inbody at my gym to track progress. What I have found (for me) is whatever number inbody is I add 4%. That is verified by multiple dexa scans. Inbody had me at 6.3% recently and deca had me at 10.1

@LordHbo @J_Schwanee I've done the InBody twice and DEXA once. I don't think i should bother with the InBody ever again. InBody Scans: Jan 26th: 17.9% May 5th: 11.5% DEXA Scans: May 9th: 19.7%

@glendamos It was interesting. I had some nerve stuff going on. Tingling and false pain in my legs. Splitting the dose up helped a lot.

I've decided to use sterile water on a case by case basis. 10mg BPC-157? It's going to get stabbed like 40 times over a few weeks. Definitely using BAC water. 10mg Tesamorelin? going to get stabbed 5x in a week, then thrown away. It's getting sterile water. BAC is too expensive at this point and often not really needed. There is a time and place for everything.
