@O2 ive just had a phone call saying you need to send me a new sim card for 5G plus and my phone will be blocked if I dont accept the dpd package tomorrow is this legit it doesn't seem it.

This constant messaging from @O2 is really getting on my nerves now! I did a chat with an agent before and they promised me I wouldn't get these ever again because I'm getting them once a day sometimes twice! Its becoming bloody annoying. Why so many?!

@O2 so my contract is about to end and you currently have a Sim only deal for £17 a month for 25gb data with volt to 50gb unlimited calls and texts for 24 months. If I order through my o2 will it switch my contract over to the sim only deal?

@O2 All of us have tried all of these things. They don't provide anything other than a rare, brief connection at too slow a speed to do anything. Or even phone one another. Not ideal when you are travelling with those with health issues or additional needs.

@O2 4 of my family on O2, driving through France with no phone or data service for 99% of journey, even in major cities. All with O2 for "incl. roaming". One other in family on idmobile has had signal & data all the way. This needs fixing!!!

@O2 What the hell is up with your network?? I’m flicking from 3G, 5g, Edge!! Had SOS or shonky 3G today all the way driving from Germany back to England! Returned to England and now it’s batting between 3G, 5g and Edge! It’s 2026 seriously!!!!!!

@O2 Yes rebooted handset numerous times, also hardware reboot. Tried air plane mode numerous times too. I’m back in England now and have no issues. I had no issues beginning of week whilst moving around Germany. Just yesterday and the drive home. All the way home, over 8 hours!!

@O2 I’ve been with O2 for many years and been signed up to the O2 Rewards I usually get £3 every quarter but for some reason the reward this quarter was £2.40 has the reward changed from 10% ? your website still says it’s 10% so I’m not sure what’s happening

@O2 what’s going on? Never had a problem with data usage! Last month had to have a bolt on which ran out, added 1GB today. Lasted 4 hours! I’ve relayed a voicemail, downloaded a video from WhatsApp 1:43 long, scrolled for 15mins…. Is that 1GB????
