@IndiaPostOffice Respectively, Currently I can see that parcel is held by customs. But still I didn't get any information regarding how to release that parcel? Like how much duties we need to pay or anything else? Though AusPost gave number but couldn't helpful. Help is appreciated. Thanks.

I've sent a parcel from overseas to india through @auspost . I did express post. I'm receiving same update as it's at customs from last week. @auspost told to contact @IndiaPostOffice . Recipient needs urgently so what should I do next? When would recipient get it?

@Parth__07 Hi, To expand on this a bit, India charges the receiver a tax duty before releasing parcels of a certain value to the postal service so it would be worth having the receiver call India Speed Post in Mumbai The # to call from India is 022 2615 6125. The tracking # is the same.
