@PenelopePPop @AusPostSucks @auspost They’ve hired contractors however they don’t work which is why authorities outside post need to be called in. No point with unions as post managers take them to lunch to stop staff from taking things further.

@CarlsCarla @auspost @AusPostSucks yes. but it was for a “damaged parcel” - they claimed that my packaging wasn’t sufficient - despite having photos of it during each stage of the packaging process and the recipient had to keep all of the packaging (who does that) and take it to a specific post office.

Last Wednesday I paid $17 to @auspost to send an incredibly important original document via Platinum Express. The package reached the Alexandria facility and vanished. No-one can tell me anything. I have never felt so betrayed by a public service. @AusPostSucks

I sent an International Parcel as express service on 31st Jan. While tracking it says that it's at customs from last week. @auspost @AusPostSucks What should I do next? Recipient needs on urgent basis that's why I've chosen express and still no updates on it. #disappointed

@AusPostSucks really annoying whenthe package you needed by TOMORROW has been sitting in the Melbourne centre for the whole damn week and somehow is sorting AGAIN? I seriously do not understand. It was estimated delivery today but low and behold no package and no movement. Smh
