59 years old, my back has helped me set 20+ concept2 rowing world records, deadlift nearly 800lbs and win a Highland Games Masters world championship-I’ve never taken steroids, TRT, or any other PEDs-I’ve been deadlifting for over 40 years and my back is still doing great- Whether you feel the risk to benefit ratio for taking drugs is favorable for you is up to you- I couldn’t care less, but for me it’s not worth it and I’m already plenty strong without them!
