As Nisa now censors all criticism on its customer forum we thought we would bring the discussion into the public domain.

@NisaRetail Don’t go near it with a barge pole, these guys couldn’t find their arse with both hands. Their own label is way overpriced compared with their own stores. Don’t do it.

As the business pages are full of analysing the failure of Morrisons & Asda since their takeovers, perhaps the press should look at @NisaRetail and how it has fallen since the CoOp takeover. It would make a nice story. @olivershah

@TheGrocer So 40 of probably the most un-loyal @nisaretail customers now don’t have to pay the fuel levy. 🤔 Is @PeterBatt3 just plain stupid? There should be no fuel levy! Their customers already pay an annual fee and surcharges on probably the most expensive cost prices in the sector.

@olivershah You should speak to previous Nisa chairmen and the previous CEO, who by the way orchestrated the meetings between influential shareholders and @coopuk during Sainsburys due diligence. Once Read was appointed Nisa became a lamb to the slaughter.

@olivershah you should look at how once in position he changed the rules on election of board members. He had to sanction who stood for election allowing only the weak and manipulative members to be elected. Once achieved a sale was easy.

@olivershah you should be looking at Mr Read, Nisa and his dealings to sell off the business. Did he force a clause in his contract for a huge bonus if it was sold? Why were @coopuk having secret meetings with major Nisa shareholders during Sainsburys period of due diligence?

@carolvorders @AndyMcDonaldMP Mr Read has always run the companies that he has been CEO to maximise his bonuses. Take a look at what he did to the @NisaRetail members. Robbed them blind then sold it from underneath them. Nobody knew he had a clause in his contract that allowed a massive bonus if he sold it.

Watch @AndyMcDonaldMP grilling the current Post Office CEO Nick Read last June "What is so extraordinary about you that you feel you deserve a whacking bonus of £455,000 to make your total pay £870,000" Andy: The metric used to calculate part of the Post Office executives' bonuses was based on false information in the accounts relating to the inquiry into the Horizon scandal. Andy: The executives must return all inquiry-related bonuses immediately
Andy McDonald MP for Middlesbrough & Thornaby East@AndyMcDonaldMP

While some postmasters can barely make ends meet, the Post Office chief exec was paid of £870k - including a whacking great bonus of £455k. In parliament he tried to justify executives receiving bonuses as a way to "incentivise people to do the right thing". Ridiculous.🧵1/2

Also may I add what the hell does this person know about the independent sector? Like you @PeterBatt3 very little. @NisaRetail seems to be sinking faster than the Titanic.

Another Retail Director @PeterBatt3 Have you told her how shit your offer to retailers is? Recruitment and retention should be dead in the water for @NisaRetail while you arrogant people refuse to listen to what is left of your customer base. @CStoreTweets @TalkingRetail

I have heard that @NisaRetail is increasing it’s fuel delivery surcharge. Is it @PeterBatt3 goal in life to line his customers up, get them to drop their trousers and bend over, so he can fuck them up the arse? The man is a disgrace. @coopuk
