My team books 10 qualified calls EVERY day (per LinkedIn account)
That's right, not my sales team. My marketing and ops team.
That's 200+ calls every month.
With just 30 minutes of LinkedIn outreach daily.
That's not normal for manual LinkedIn outreach.
Most people blast generic connection requests and get zero replies.
But we've cracked the code to outreach that consistently converts into booked calls.
Last week, we ran a private session for our entire team AND our clients.
We broke down the exact system live.
Everyone was taking notes frantically.
We recorded it, but we compiled all the insights into a detailed playbook that reveals:
- The exact message sequence that gets prospects to book a call
- How to identify the right people to reach out to each day
- The follow-up cadence that turns ignored messages into conversations
- How to position your outreach so it never feels like cold spam
- The daily 30-minute routine that keeps 10 calls flowing non-stop
All with copy-paste templates you can deploy today.
No expensive tools or paid ads required to scale this.

PS - Retweets get priority access to the system

LINKEDIN GAVE ME A $50K/YEAR COPYWRITER
for $20/month
and nobody's talking about it
been using claude cowork to automate my entire linkedin content operation
replaced:
- $4,200/month copywriter
- 15 hours/week content creation
- $800/month VA for research
with:
- one claude cowork prompt workflow
- 30 minutes/week total time
- $20/month subscription
the economics are insane
BEFORE (manual content):
- cost: $60k/year (copywriter + VA)
- time: 780 hours/year
- output: 2 posts/week
- quality: inconsistent
AFTER (claude automation):
- cost: $240/year
- time: 26 hours/year
- output: 5 posts/week
- quality: consistently high-performing
250x cost reduction
30x time reduction
2.5x output increase
here's what the workflow does:
→ analyzes my top-performing content
→ reverse-engineers competitor viral posts
→ generates lead magnet frameworks
→ builds creative prompts for visuals
→ creates 30-day content calendars
all in 15 minutes
the complete system includes:
- 15-min walkthrough video (exact prompt setup)
- competitor research automation
- lead magnet selection framework
- creative generation templates
- 30-min weekly content routine
took my client from 800 impressions/post to 120K+ in 90 days
same workflow i use for my own account

@TusharSoni014 Codex for coding - best one used since Augment Code - slow, but super accurate. Use Multi Agent teams to work overnight on long plans. Use Claude inside IDE for planning in more detail. So not to run out of Codex tokens - Kilo - minimax 2.5 - smaller jobs.

@AForkInLife @heygurisingh pretty much right but for local use only - a mac studio with 1 TB ram later in the year when it comes out - free AI API on MiniMax M.2.5 230 B model and others - boom! but the cost for client scaling another ball game
English

@heygurisingh False, no way a $20 plan has enough quota for any meaningful startup requirement.
If you put $100/mo in the list, I might have believed it.
English

- Claude for coding. ($20/mo)
- Supabase for backend. (Free tier)
- Vercel for deploying. (Free tier)
- Namecheap for domain. ($12/yr)
- Stripe for payments. (2.9% per transaction)
- GitHub for version control. (Free)
- Resend for emails. (Free tier)
- Clerk for auth. (Free tier)
- Cloudflare for DNS. (Free)
- PostHog for analytics. (Free tier)
- Sentry for error tracking. (Free tier)
- Upstash for Redis. (Free tier)
- Pinecone for vector DB. (Free tier)
Total monthly cost to run a startup: ~$20
There has never been a cheaper time to build.
It's not that deep bro.

I automated my LinkedIn client acquisition.
Now I close qualified calls every month on autopilot.
Most B2B founders struggle with LinkedIn because they're missing the system.
They post randomly. Their DMs get ignored. Their lead magnets flop.
I spent 18+ months perfecting a framework that solves this:
→ Targeting filters that identify decision-makers with budget
→ A system to extract exact pain points your ICP faces
→ Content creation using their language
→ Lead magnet strategy to identify leads
→ DM sequences with follow-ups that actually close deals
→ Lead list building that generates 100+ qualified connections weekly
This is the exact system I use to book calls without cold calling, paid ads, or spammy outreach.
One client used this to generate 100+ leads in 30 days.
I've packaged the entire framework into a complete training.

@nickbarton @itsPaulAi It is not private - so I found out that an extra lllm layer is needed as a data scrubber before sending data to the cloud.
English

@itsPaulAi Don't ever give an AI model access to your data and control of your main devices not sandboxed. Never believe the "Totally Private" BS.
English

@itsPaulAi Great posts. I looked deep into this - moving to mobile for sure- and your collab free 16GB ram is sure a great highlight, unfortunately, a leak on privacy with GLM 9B as using non private tunnels. So must add governance scrubbing layer LLM - a must! Hoped this helped.

In May 2025, a16z said SEO is dead. No one took it seriously.
6 months later: Webflow's search traffic increased by 614% because of ChatGPT.
I went down a rabbit hole on how they did it and put together everything I found.
The shift is simple:
People don't Google anymore. They ask ChatGPT "what should I buy" and purchase from whoever it recommends.
If ChatGPT doesn't mention you, no one knows you exist.
Companies like Webflow, Paragon, and Klaviyo cracked the code on showing up consistently.
AirOps just released the exact playbook these teams use internally.
Inside you'll find:
→ How to track your brand across ChatGPT & Perplexity
→ The 37-point checklist for AI-citable content
→ Real case studies with actual traffic numbers
Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll send you the full guide (it's FREE).

@NoahEpstein_ Then using the wrong AI consultants ands methods. They haven't got a clue.
English

mckinsey just made every AI consultant look like a scam
their 2025 report dropped and it's brutal:
88% of companies "use AI"
but 80%+ report ZERO bottom-line impact
translation: corporate AI theater is alive and well
here's what's actually happening:
- 67% stuck in pilot purgatory
- companies spending $100k+ on consultants
- building "AI strategies" that never ship
- measuring vanity metrics instead of revenue
meanwhile the intelligence gap is insane right now:
you can build a working n8n workflow in 2 hours that actually moves numbers. but companies think they need a 6-month roadmap and a team of PhDs.
the high performers? they're not overthinking it.
- they rebuild workflows (not just "add AI")
- they ship fast
- they measure real EBIT not pilot success
51% have already seen AI backfire from inaccuracy. so they're spending more on risk management than on things that work.
end result:
32% expect layoffs from AI
13% expect growth
everyone else is just guessing
this is the opportunity:
while enterprise burns budgets on pilots, you can charge $10k-50k to build automation that actually works. because clarity beats credentials when the other side is lost.
comment "gap" and i'll send you the breakdown of where companies waste the most + what to build instead

I make $2K a day selling UGC videos
But here’s the catch…
I don’t hire creators. I don’t film.
I sell videos that cost me less than $5 to make — and brands buy them for hundreds.
100% AI.
High-converting.
Ready in minutes.
This is the biggest shift happening in UGC right now.
Comment “UGC” and I’ll show you how it works.
