This order is fulfilled by thirdparty seller “ Bookstore North America” and upon contacting them they asked me to remove my feedback and if I remove my feedback then only they may provide me refund. I am not sure how Amazon Canada is allowing this practice.

@amazon @amazonca Your delivery drivers need to read unit numbers correctly. They have delivered my package to my neighbour across from me, next to me and the neighbour 2 units down. Should I post the pictures of the different doors? Thankfully I have good honest neighbour's.
