@mariacgontijo @OroroReal @ThisIsKyleR Again, the prosecutor has to attempt to debunk his own witness as he made the self defense case, and another star witness for the prosecutor states Kyle was attacked and he was concerned for Kyle's safety. Both were eyewitnesses, Gaige was one of Kyle's assailants:

They were for providing his rifle to Kyle. Also, the prosecutor requested the felony charges to be dismissed as he knew he had no case to continue pursuing the charges.
