@raleys Site down for 24+ hrs? Expected quicker resolution from a $5B+ rev company. Had to switch to Safeway. Can't get deliveries or pickups. IT issues? Shouldn't this have been tested a long time ago before deploying a new site? 🤯 Can't use points for discounts. #Disappointed

@Fidelity @anonymousknows9 I have the same issue, both in web browser and mobile app. Can’t transfer funds from my linked bank account (and sometimes it seems to think I don’t even have a linked account).

@teuteuf having this issue with Wheretaken (World) where image won’t load. It will in incognito though. I’ve cleared cache already. Any suggestions that don’t require nuking cookies and losing all my stats and logins on everything?? Chrome for iOS.

@AmazonHelp So that’s a no? There’s nothing you can do? I reported it after the first couple attempts. I can’t submit a report to you every couple minutes, which is the rate these account access attempts are happening. There was nothing else helpful at the link you provided.

@AmazonHelp I’ve received about 20 password recovery texts from Amazon in the last hour. I keep denying them, I have 2FA enabled, and I’ve changed my password. Is there anything else you can do to stop whoever it is from trying to access my account over and over?
