BREAKING: Nobody in Mr. Trump’s inner circle was more worried about the conflict with Iran, or did more to try to stop it, than the vice president, per NYT.

@albodden @MalcolmNance Yet again, there is no available proof that we were able to do anything at all about Iran's stockpile of Uranium. If they can build "missile cities" that are untouchable to all but bunker-busting nukes (they can/do), why not centrifuge banks / Uranium stores?

So here is the thing. NOTHING that th president did or could have done would make the radical left happy. On top of that unless you can see into the future we have no idea what the negotiations will come up with. Maybe since the guy has done miraculous things in 15 months we should all wait and see what happens. So hoping for the worst because of your blind hate. Cheer for your country. Cheer for an Iran that would be free of the strangle of radical Islam and never have a nuclear weapon.

NEW: The CIA used a secret tool called "Ghost Murmur" that uses AI to find heartbeats to rescue the U.S. airman who was stranded in Iran, according to the New York Post. The secret technology was allegedly used for the first time in the field, according to the Post. "The secret technology uses long-range quantum magnetometry to find the electromagnetic fingerprint of a human heartbeat and pairs the data with artificial intelligence software to isolate the signature from background noise," the Post reported. "It’s like hearing a voice in a stadium, except the stadium is a thousand square miles of desert," the source said. "In the right conditions, if your heart is beating, we will find you." "The name is deliberate. ‘Murmur’ is a clinical term for a heart rhythm. ‘Ghost’ refers to finding someone who, for all practical purposes, has disappeared..." "Advances in a field known as quantum magnetometry, specifically sensors built around microscopic defects in synthetic diamonds, have apparently made it possible to detect these signals at dramatically greater distances." CIA Director John Ratcliffe appeared to hint at this technology on Monday, saying the CIA possessed "unique capabilities" but said he couldn't "tell you everything that you want to know." President Trump also revealed during the press conference that the CIA spotted the officer from about "40 miles away." Insane.

The President’s threat that “a whole civilization will die tonight” cannot be excused away as an attempt to gain leverage in negotiations with Iran. This type of rhetoric is an affront to the ideals our nation has sought to uphold and promote around the world for nearly 250 years. It undermines our long-standing role as a global beacon of freedom and directly endangers Americans both abroad and at home. The oppressive, terror-spreading regime of the Islamic Republic must be distinguished from the people and the civilization of Iran. Everyone involved—especially the President and Iran’s leaders—must de-escalate their unprecedented saber-rattling before it is too late.

Congressman Nathaniel Moran
The United States of America must always be prepared to use overwhelming military force when necessary to defend our national security interests and protect Americans at home and abroad. And, a President should have the latitude to make decisions to that end, but only to the extent that those decisions are also consistent with the inherent authority of a Commander-in-Chief under the U. S. Constitution and the provisions of the War Powers Resolution. To date, I have supported the President’s decisions relating to the Iranian conflict because they were consistent with these authorities and the ultimate goal of protecting national security interests. At the same time, what sets America apart is not only our strength, but how we use it. Our nation has always conducted military operations for just causes and through just and moral means. This must continue in the future; otherwise we forfeit our legitimacy to lead the world. So, let me be clear: I do not support the destruction of a "whole civilization." That is not who we are, and it is not consistent with the principles that have long guided America.  I have and will continue to support a strong national defense—one that is focused, disciplined, and firmly rooted in protecting the safety and security of the American people. But, how we protect the lives of the innocent is just as important as how we engage the enemy. America is great because America is good.

@WhiteHouse Meanwhile, Iran is launching missiles right now at Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, and Kuwait. Simultaneously. How would they know to simultaneously launch all of these attack if this attack falls into "gosh, Iran needs some time to get the word out". #failure

Make new friends, but keep the old. A new photo captures the Moon's near side on the right (the side we see from Earth, identifiable by its dark splotches) and its far side on the left. The Artemis II crew are the first to see the far side with human eyes.

Every year, Israeli police search an ancient tomb for matches and lighters They find nothing The Orthodox Patriarch then enters alone: The tomb is sealed behind him And after a while he emerges with lit candles The flame is flown by jets to Athens, Sofia, and Moscow to light every candle in those nations The Ceremony of the Holy Fire has been documented since 328 AD
