@djfarrelly @Shpigford Just went through this decision - Inngest running in my Vercel account felt way cleaner than having my worker code execute on Trigger’s infrastructure. Less vendor dependency, more control over my functions.

@Shpigford CTO at Inngest here, I’ll won’t use this to just pitch vs them, but I’ll say that the two are not equivalent. I definitely invite you to check both out and dig in a bit to our docs. I’d love to learn about your needs and use case - my DMs are open if you want a personal demo!

Maybe there's a 3rd party service that we can push these jobs too, like Inngest?

Lots of Ruby on Rails devs in my replies saying we’re making a big mistake migrating Gumroad to TypeScript and React, but not really able to provide any reasoning.
If you’d like to do a livestream with me where we both try and build a web app - you in Rails, me in Next - my DMs are open!

Love that Framework is going to be at #RailsWorld this week. I'm bringing my beloved F13. Happy to show how I use it in person. It's by far my favorite laptop. Not perfect, but lovable in all its quirks, repairability, extendability, and Linux goodness!

We're looking forward to helping move this number, and we'll have a booth at Rails World in Toronto this week!
