@BaxtyB @MarsAres_2301 If it comes down to safety which is also what him and others have said there could be a Drivers strike or something like they all come into the pit and not go out to make their point .. but these regs were made and the teams have talked about them for a whole year without change

@MarsAres_2301 This is an escalation. It's easy to see he's trying to strong arm the FIA and FOM. They won't want to lose a top driver under these circumstances

You wouldn't see Lewis & Fernando threatening to retire. Even when Fernando has every right to at the moment

Maybe Red Bull should think about replacing Verstappen with Lindblad

In-person televised apology to the journalist in question, is of course the appropriate solution. I look forward to watching it.

Max is wrong, when someone does investigative reporting, he and RB boycott them. Like Ted Kravitz when he reported correctly that “Michael Masi was fired for not interpreting the rules as they were written, which robbed Hamilton from his 8th WDC “HE GAVE IT TO MAX VERSTAPPEN.” 🤡

🚨| LASH OUT: after DEMANDING a rude reporter LEAVE, Max Verstappen🇳🇱 has spoken out against reporters 🗣️: “Journalism is a dying art… It’s all gotcha’s there’s no real investigating” 📰: @autosport

@autosport The team realised that Max's childish outburst would damage both their brand and that of their sponsors who they rely on for funding. So they need to bring Max to heel hence this move.

Now for some perspective. Richard Bland earned 8.5 million on the dpwt in 20 years. On LIV he has earned to date, 10.4 million in two and a half seasons. LIV is the place to be and Dicky B knows it which is why he's playing his heart out.

MEDIA DAY EVICTION Yesterday Max Verstappen ejected Guardian journalist Giles Richard from a written media session - a very rare occurrence in this sport. Giles later published his article “Why Max Verstappen gave me my marching orders from press conference” which if you haven’t already read I would recommend you do. “I still admire Verstappen and I hope we can enjoy a better relationship in the future. Sometimes, difficult, awkward questions have to be asked. That’s the job that comes with the privilege.” “Over the years I’ve been accused of anti-Lewis Hamilton, anti-Sebastian Vettel, anti-you-name-the-driver bias. Reporting as honestly and fairly as possible is always the single overarching aim.” More in my YouTube video later tonight. #F1news #f1content #JapaneseGP

Did Max Verstappen go too far in kicking a journalist out of an open debrief? Our own Lewis Duncan and Lewis Larkam gave their opinions on the sensitive topic... 👇️ #F1 #JapanGP

As a #F1 fan, I'm very interested to know what @Max33Verstappen feels about his deliberate maneuver into @GeorgeRussell63, especially in hindsight, at the end of the season, when it turns out that had he not done it, and suffered the penalty, he would have gained another WDC 👀

I've never understood why Tiger Woods has so much sway over PGA TOUR strategic decisions. Tiger doesn't always make the best choices. None of us are perfect, I get it. Tiger is the greatest golfer ever. But being good at golf doesn't mean you know what is good for golf.

Am I the only one that isn't bothered about cars losing speed on straights? It's a genuine question. For one, it happens to all drivers so isn't disadvantaging one over another. They just need to learn different braking points and watch their mirrors, so what's the big deal?
