@OldDutchChips34 @Dutchismyname @F1GuyDan And whilst you might not be a fan of a certain driver, you can admire his talent and acknowledge his importance to the sport!
English

@Dutchismyname @PrancingPole @F1GuyDan Please step outside your own mind and realize other people can like multiple drivers.
Im a fan of Lewis AND Max😯
Did you know thats possible?
English

@Dutchismyname @F1GuyDan Sorry, you’ve mistaken me for a Max fan, which I’m not. I ultimately want what’s best for this sport. 2021 was a travesty that should not have happened, hence why I said my logic also applied to that circumstance.
English

@PrancingPole @F1GuyDan I asked if you felt the same way? Both things can be true but I see an overwhelming presence of complaints from Max fans that didn’t complain when regulations and broken rules benefited Max. Bad is bad. Cant only be when it impacts your guy. 21-25 filled with broken rules.
English

@John_Salisbury @thanos876 You can absolutely apply the same logic to 2021.
English

@Dutchismyname @F1GuyDan Two things can be true at the same time, and the same logic applies to 2021.
English

@F1GuyDan @PrancingPole Interesting. Did you guys support the stolen chip of 2021? That’s what F1 couldn’t afford but they did it anyway. Killed the soul of the sport.
English

@thanos876 Maybe you’re right re Lewis, and the sport, as sports do, will move on, but that doesn’t contradict what I said. Max is still a high commodity, & from a business standpoint, F1 would want to avoid any commercial implications that would be tied to his exit.
English

@PrancingPole As long as Lewis is on the grid, Max will never be F1’s biggest asset. The sport will survive with his departure.
English

@Squirrel1633K @F1GuyDan Yeah, it’s time for Stefano to put his diplomacy skills to use. Losing Max will be an unbelievable own goal. I just can’t believe that the FIA has allowed this unsustainable situation to arise.
English

@PrancingPole @F1GuyDan Correct. It’s literally a worst case scenario. Especially when Max will be blunt about his reasons for leaving.
This is 100% why he and Domenicali are about to have a sit down.
English

@thomasmaheronf1 At least there’s finally a recognition that changes are required, but I still deem it as malpractice when you consider that concerns about the 50/50 split had been long voiced. It’s an incredible own goal.
English

I'm hearing some interesting admissions off the back of Suzuka - namely, that there's a growing awareness within the FIA that the 50/50 split has been the wrong direction.
It's understood that, in the short-term, energy deployment limits are being looked at while, longer-term, a change in the ICE vs. electrical split.
Getting the drivers and teams in alignment is a hurdle to clear, with the teams not all agreeing with their drivers on the issues, but there is an awareness now that changes are needed. #F1 #JapaneseGP
English

@AndyGraham22 I just don’t see how you look at him and don’t believe he has the talent to at least match Max. Talent wise, they are the grid’s gold standard.
English

Absolutely, I have no doubts about Leclerc’s ability in comparison to Max.
The difference between them is opportunity and Red Bull has been a more stable environment than Ferrari
.@LAT3BRAKING
Leclerc fans. Do you any of you genuinely believe he is as good/better than max? (Not just limited to this season)
English

@ElPredestinato C’mon, let’s be realistic. Kimi was simply out of reach today. Let’s remain dignified.
English

@DavidSB4_ Some people seriously need to take a look in the mirror and question themselves!
English

@coldbrewtonic @F1_driven It’s these types of fans with such insane and illogical takes that give the overall fanbase a bad name. It’s an epidemic.
English

@F1_driven So you’re saying Leclerc purposely slowed down to get P3 when he could’ve easily gotten P2?
Lewis Hamilton fans should also retire along with LH. You guys have made a joke out of yourself
English

@F1_driven Stop for a moment and think about what you’re actually suggesting here. Then come and join us in the real world.
English

@dxbestani Or, just maybe, Lewis was only in contention for a podium after getting lucky with the SC. See how silly this can get??
English

So Leclerc only got this podium thanks to both Hamilton and Russell having deployment issues...
NEVER call him unlucky again.

#JapaneseGP 🇯🇵 | Lewis Hamilton post race: “Pretty terrible [race] ultimately because I was P3 and ended up going backwards but yea, just need to understand where I was losing all the power. I just had a real lack of power, particularly through the second stint.” “Even from the beginning, I couldn’t keep up just from the lack of power.”
English

@Sid_footyF1 @aerobalanceF1 @hammertimev He stated this in his post-race interview. Also said he doesn’t know if this was just a case of his speed was lacking relative to the other cars around him.
English

Its fucking pathetic that now Charles will rain in glory while Lewis will get all the criticism because no one is even gonna mention that Lewis was having deployment issues, such that Lewis had no power on the straights
Formula 1@F1
LAP 41 & 42/53 Brilliant battling between the Ferraris 💪 And Leclerc gets through into the final podium place #F1 #JapaneseGP
English

@dxbestani He was plain faster than Lewis all weekend. And you really want to talk about luck? You missed your calling as a comedian.
English

@F1BigData Proving he’s the best W2W racer, and I don’t think it’s close.
