We first started matching foreign volunteers with donors back in 2022. A lot of these original volunteers are still in Ukraine and still serving in the military 4 long years later. One of the OGs, a Brit, was matched with donors but his donors can no longer help him. He is asking for help getting some new boots and summer kit. If you would like to match up directly with a volunteer you can sign up at protectavolunteer.com and choose Supplies Donor. Once you fill out the form we contact you and match you up. It’s a great way to directly assist and get more knowledge of what it’s like in Ukraine.

A heads up for anyone in 🇺🇸 wanting to test out the new partnership between Nova Poshta and @UPS, because it's confusing if you don't know what to expect: I sent my first parcels out yesterday. Set them up on NP's website; they didn't show up in my app. Then I dropped them off at a local UPS. The UPS staff had never heard of any of this--one urged me to make sure it's not a scam. The QR codes NP issued worked just fine, but they showed as Amazon Happy returns (whatever that is) and they generated shipping labels for a warehouse in New York. I got the UPS tracking numbers, so I figured I'd just keep an eye on things. Woke up this morning to notifications from my NP app! All of the parcels are in there now, and all of the recipients have notifications in their NP apps, too. Moral of the story: it isn't going to look like it does in 🇺🇦 and your UPS people might have no idea what's going on, but it seems to work as normal. Hooray!
