Two years ago, my first month freelancing on @Upwork paid me $100. Today that journey has crossed $40K+. No roadmap. No connections. Just a girl who wanted to become independent. I kept learning. I kept showing up. Today I help people build & monetize @LinkedIn assets. Funny how small starts change everything.

This woman on Instagram shared: I’m at the airport and there’s a family of 8 people on my flight with small children, I just overheard the dad say, “All of our seats are all over the place, no one is close to each other because I didn’t want to pay extra for assigned seats. We’ll switch around when we get on the plane.” Suffice it to say, I hate them....

Studying is hard. Failing your exams is much harder. Staying focused is hard. Falling behind your study schedule is much harder. Doing active recall is hard. Forgetting everything you’ve studied is much harder. Choose your hard.

You have 4+ hours of daily screen time but no time to work out. That’s not a schedule problem. That’s a priority problem. 45 minutes, 3-4x/wk is all it takes to completely transform your body over 6 months. You have the time. You just haven’t decided it matters enough yet.

If you tell yourself you’re going to do something… Do it. Most days you won’t feel like it… Most days your bitch voice will tell you to “take it easy”... Most days something will come up that will derail you… But if you execute regardless… You’ll become a freight train that can’t be stopped. Don’t negotiate with yourself. Do the work.

If you struggle to save money, try this for one month: 1. At the start of the week, withdraw $200 (one $100 bill, five $20s). 2. Leave your debit and credit cards at home. 3. Spend only the cash you pulled. By the end of the week, you’ll notice something: That $100 bill is still unbroken. Because swiping plastic feels easy. Breaking a $100 feels painful.

Most people don't need more protein to build muscle. They need to train more. Protein isn’t the main driver of adaptation, training is. Muscle growth, strength, and metabolic health are primarily stimulated by mechanical tension and progressive overload, not just a higher protein intake. Protein’s role is supportive. It helps repair and build after you’ve given your body a reason to adapt. But without a meaningful training stimulus, more protein doesn’t translate into better outcomes (e.g., more strength, greater lean mass).

One of the greatest cheat codes in fitness is becoming the kind of person who doesn’t negotiate with themselves. Tired? Still train. Busy? Still walk. Stressed? Still eat like you respect yourself. When your habits aren’t mood-dependent, results become predictable.

Legit curious. On a cruise. Saw a woman who was probably 500 pounds, easy. Insanely fat. Needed a scooter to get around. Has 6 plates of food in front of her. Do these folks just,..not care that they are morbidly obese?

It's safe to say that if you want to do your own thing, you will have to write. Emails, messages, posts, articles, scripts, curriculums, landing pages... Everything starts with writing. It is the main lever mover in your business.
