Update geblitzter Feuerwehrmann Der Richter bemerkte einen entscheidenden Fehler, der auf einen Baustellenverkehrszeichenplan hinwies, in dem das Schild zum Zeitpunkt des Blitzers nicht vermerkt war. Offiziell hätte an dem Tag Tempo 50 gegolten und die Überschreitung von nunmehr nur 19 km/h sei wegen des Notfalleinsatzes unter Blaulicht gerechtfertigt.

@stoa1984 Honestly, I would scrap them. They‘re way too old to invest any amount of money in them. They can‘t be made „defensible“ and paired with a high crew requirement, they pose a significant risk for Taiwan. Besides that, what is their current use?

There are no plan and no budget (yet), but it doesnt stop one from fantasizing: an upgrade to address SM-1 obsolescence and to improve survivability of Taiwan's Cheng Kung class frigates. Phalanx CIWS is kept for last ditch defense.
