I believe this location was chosen bc that’s where a lot of the lion deaths were happening on the 101. This drives me nuts bc the lions DO need a crossing as there have been too many road deaths to mention. But the choice to locate it so close to a school isn’t best obviously. Both children and animals shouldn’t be made to suffer bc of the idiocy of man. At the very least the county should build a protective fence near the school. I’m not ok with continuously killing the lions either. There has to be a happy medium.

The City of LA doing what they do best... The fire next to our building from homeless on March 8th caused serious damage to our property, and that was not bad enough apparently. Two days later, LA Housing Department was there demanding that we remediate the damaged units we have. Then the Health Department started sending notice after notice after phone calls threatening fines if we do not get the issues fixed right away. Can I at least get an insurance adjuster out first? To get this straight: - The City does nothing about the countless calls by neighbors about the homeless trespassers cooking meth in a vacant house - The homeless catch the place on fire, which damaged our building - The unimaginable happens for an amazing family by losing their home and three of their dogs died in the fire - Now somehow we are the ones getting harassed and threatened with fines? But hey, at least LA gave $177M for lawyers to help tenants sue their landlords. @spencerpratt clean house! We need it!

That’s about as good as they’re handling my case with a landlord who’s been harassing, intimidating and threatening me, clearly violating TAHO and then some. All I get is the run around they can’t do much except tell the landlord, “bad man, you broke code”. He’s been seriously violating TAHO with me by threatening LAPD come to my door, asking me to move out completely, have I found a new place yet? (I’m up to date on rent, no damages), there have been bugs found outside my door (there haven’t), not fixing things that are broken etc all because I won’t sign a fumigation form @LAHD___ I now have to get a lawyer involved . This landlord is egregious and should be fined at this stage.

Since my account is somewhat anonymous I’m going to disclose where some of the California high-speed rail money gets wasted. 99% of you don’t realize where giant chunks of the money is disappearing to. The California high-speed rail authority, literally owns thousands of parcels of land that are in various stages continued litigation, tenant improvements, eviction, and constant maintenance. For example, there are many homes and apartment complexes in the plant path that have been purchased years ahead of construction. Removing those tenants is a slow and expensive process. (let’s ignore the extra stress on housing that all of these destroyed properties are causing) In some cases, these are low rent apartments with a lengthy eviction process During that process, the state of California is the landlord and has to maintain the property codes the same as any other landlord. This means repairs, adding smoke detectors, fixing roofs, vegetation management, landscaping, paying off tenants to leave early, boarding up Windows, constant trash cleanups, towing vehicles etc. But the High Speed Rail Authority doesn’t just have to maintain these properties at normal cost. Every single bit of that work has to be done at California prevailing wage rates. The work can only be done through qualified contractors that have passed through a long series of idiotic mazes to qualify to perform the work. An average rate per hour (charge rate) for a worker to perform any service on these properties is approximately $200 an hour for labor only. The cost go up for specialized work, like electricians, plumbers, or machine operators. Properties that are literally worthless are being maintained at huge expense just so the next round of homeless transients can break into the property and cause more damage. For reasons I can’t explain, the process to finally demo and remove the structures takes years. I’m only mentioning the tip of the iceberg regarding my firsthand knowledge. Completely separate from those outlandish costs are the inflation caused by the construction. The prevailing word on the street is that nothing is getting done. The truth is that a lot is getting done and none of it efficiently. The amount of concrete being poured daily and monthly to build gigantic overpasses for both the rail and roadways is not understood. In these work areas, every concrete mixing company is fully scheduled out and cannot offer building materials for other basic services such as building a house often times for weeks when the average lead time for many of these services used to be one day. And that’s just the schedule, never mind the huge cost increases from straining the supply chain and Labor pool. The amount of concrete and steel that has gone into the structures so far is massive. Dozens and dozens of new water wells have been dug just for dust control. Thousands upon thousands of acres of highly productive tree fruits and nuts have been torn up and shredded. Utility scale solar fields have been uprooted and sometimes relocated at extravagant costs. Every type of business you can imagine has gone through either a closure, relocation, or a long-term tenant agreement with the rail authority. In some cases, it’s just a buyout where the business closes its doors forever. The owners get something all of the workers get nothing. Don’t get me started on how thick the layers of bureaucracy are for these minute tasks that occur on all of these properties. The inefficiency is far beyond your wildest dreams. In many cases, this is not related to fraud in any way it’s just absolute ignorance, red tape, and failed leadership. I can go much deeper into specific examples, but I think that gives some of you an idea of what’s actually happening in California. If a rail is ever usable, some portions of the structures will be decades old and already in disrepair.

We need everyone (including you!) to contact the Dane County DA and Sheriff—and post on social media—that she and the rest of the #Ridglan8 must be returned to the rescuers or an appropriate humane society. (Feel free to use this image in your own post.) This terrified puppy was dragged from the back of a rescue van by police and brought back to Ridglan Farms, despite a judicial order proving she was a victim of criminal abuse. At any moment, she could face torture or death in an illegal experiment or surgical procedure. The police actions were not just wrong. They were illegal. Even if she was “property” in a “theft,” she should not have been sent back to her abusers without a court order, as police are required to preserve “evidence of a crime.” We have some of the nation’s leading lawyers and law professors on our side, but without public pressure, that will not be enough. 🚨 HOLY CRAP. Nick Shirley DECIMATES Gavin Newsom 🔥 “The governor of California is an ENEMY to the people of California. He’s literally working to support the fraudsters!” “He COULD be working to expose the fraud.” “How STUPID do you have to be to say ‘let’s go after the guy exposing the fraud, let’s not go after the fraudsters?’” “That is what he’s doing. Why don’t you say ‘Hey Nick, great video - how can we help?’” “These tax dollars don’t say right or left on them, Republican or Democrat. Each tax dollar is a dollar for the American people.” “And when they go and steal these dollars from us, they are not robbing liberals or Democrats, they are robbing everyone.” “Then the governor gets mad at the person exposing the fraud? How crazy do you have to be to think that logic?!” @nickshirleyy Mic drop. H/t @TVNewsNow

CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS FRAUD CASH FOR BALLOTS PART I: Homeless Bribed with Cash & Drugs In Exchange For Registering To Vote & Signing Election Petitions Caught On Tape Undercover On Skid Row In California. “You can just put Pinocchio Lane.” California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.” Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” We encountered 28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions. Weingart employees advised: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” All happening outside taxpayer-funded housing organizations. Weingart CEO earned $432,000 before resigning from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency. James O’Keefe and the OMG Team went undercover on Skid Row, posing as homeless individuals. On hidden cameras, petitioners admitted they are paid $7–$10 per signature, sometimes earning $1,000 or more per day, collecting signatures from individuals with minimal knowledge of what they were signing. “$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.” “We gon’ give you $2.” Populus Inc., a political consulting firm, was circulating petitions funded by @Uber, @Delta, @United, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (@AHLA). On camera, one petitioner said, “We have one that taxes billionaires 5%. One-time tax. 5% and that’s gonna go towards healthcare.” Other petitions sought to overturn LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel and airline workers. Paying per signature and encouraging fake addresses violates federal and state election law and is proof of fraud happening in California. Weingart employees were caught directing the homeless to the location of the petitioners and coaching them on plausible deniability. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them: “Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.” In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section. Yet when confronted, nearby LAPD officers dismissed the activity as “a civil lawsuit.” “Paying per signature violates state election law and is evidence of election fraud in California,” the investigation concludes. On Skid Row, we captured conduct on tape that violates Federal Law 52 U.S. Code §10307 and state law California Election Code §18603. Lmao @TheCut The same crap magazine that chose Megalomaniac Markle aka Walmart Wallis, to grace their pages. The editor of this magazine must be just as ugly and insufferable as the garbage they pick to pose in this trash rag. This Rama chick is like walking Xanax. Ugly on the inside too. This is called how to tank your magazine. Everyone they pick has been repellent. I haven’t clicked a link or looked at anything they’ve put out. I’ll see it posted on X and that’s enough. Instant repulsion.

The hypocrisy is unreal. When Melania Trump became First Lady, she refused magazine covers and fashion deals, saying the role comes with responsibility beyond modeling. Now look at Mamdani and his wife. They preach socialism, simplicity, equality, and helping the poor, but she signs magazine contracts, promotes designer brands, and flexes Rolex and AP watches like a celebrity influencer. So socialism for the people, luxury for themselves? Same old story. Loud ideology, zero integrity. Just like Islamic Regime! Wake up America 😉 #ThankYouTrump

It has been like this since last January and the wildfires. The Mayor and co never cleaned up. Hordes of marine life still washing up on the beaches. Imagine all the toxic sludge from burnt homes that went into the sea on top of all the pollution already in the waters? @MayorOfLA @karenbass and @CAgovernor @GavinNewsom have never done anything to address it. They are destructive incompetent failures of the highest. We need COMPETENT leadership in the state of California.
